How do I know which glass shade to choose?

Do Tiffany, Art Glass & Natural Stone always have the same color?
Glass color in Tiffany, Art Glass and Naturals vary in color. No two pieces are identical.
How long will it take to get my order?
Generally we try and ship orders within 3-4 days of receipt. Depending on where you live in the country, it will take between 2 to 10 business days for either UPS or USPS to deliver. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. This tracking number links you to USPS or UPS keeping you updated on the current location and expected delivery date.
What do I do if my shade arrives broken?
We include instructions in every package that tells you what to do in case of breakage. Open your order as soon as you receive it and all claims for breakage must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you receive a broken shade, please contact us immediately via the contact page. Take pictures of the broken item and the exterior of the box. Be sure and keep all of the packaging and the broken item(s) for 10 business days so that we may process a claim and the carrier may require pickup of the broken shade for inspection. We will replace the shade as quickly as possible.
What do I do if the shade I order does not fit?
Refer to your packing slip and contact us via the contact page first. Return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt and insure the package for breakage. Package the item carefully, as we cannot credit product that becomes damaged during return shipping. Once we receive the shade in original condition, you will be refunded for the cost of the shade. Credit for the returned items will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We are sorry that we cannot refund shipping in either direction.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
A chart showing shipping charges can be found on our Shipping and Policies page. Please be sure and make sure your shipping address is accurate. UPS charges for any address corrections and this charge will be passed on to the customer if an incorrect address is given. NYC addresses must include an apartment number. More detailed information about international shipping can be found on the Shipping and Policies page.

Yes. Contact us thru the contact page with your address and we can quote shipping costs based on the products you are interested in.
