How to order:
Over the Internet on our secure web site.
By Phone: Call Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-12noon, EST.

Include your order, your name, complete address, daytime phone number, email, VISA or MC number and/or enclosed check.
Credit Cards Accepted: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Paypal
Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% state sales tax.
Shipping: We ship via UPS or USPS. Please give both your US Postal Service delivery address as well as your UPS street address so we may determine the best way to send your order.
We try to ship within 3 business days of receipt. If there is going to be any significant delay, we will notify you.
Shipping charges are given below. Our shipping charges are calculated using average weights and order totals. There is a $1.50 handling charge that is included in the shipping cost.
NOTE: All New York City addresses must include the apartment number.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If the item you ordered requires a box larger than 12", we will contact you before shipping as there will be an additional cost.
Shipping costs to Canada will vary depending upon the weight of the order. The charge will be generated during the check-out process and if you decide not to proceed with the order, you will have a chance to cancel before finalizing.
If we find that the shipping comes to significantly more than you were charged, we will contact you before shipping. Other international shipping can be arranged upon request.
All international orders are charged an additional $3.00 to cover currency conversion costs. International shipments may be subject to duty charges imposed by the destination country which Lamp Glass has no control of.
Military addresses may incur additional shipping charges and we will contact you before shipping to confirm.
Expedited shipping is also available. Please contact us for charges.
Cancellation of orders: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If the cancellation is received after that time and the order has been sent, it can be returned and credit will be given for the value of the shade(s). Shipping in either direction is the responsibility of the customer.
Return policy: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. BE SURE TO INSURE THE PACKAGE FOR ITS FULL VALUE IN CASE OF BREAKAGE. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the cost of the shade. We are sorry that we cannot refund shipping in either direction.
Breakage: Although our packers have had years of experience and double-box all glass with bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts, occasionally breakage does occur. If you receive a broken shade, please contact us immediately via email (lamps@lampglass.nu) or by phone (617-497-0770). Be sure and keep all of the packaging and the broken item(s) for 5 business days so that we may process a claim through UPS. We will replace the shade as quickly as possible.
Store Privacy Policies: We respect your privacy. Any information you submit to us will not be sold, traded, or given to any third party.
When you place an order with Lamp Glass through our website, your information is transmitted over a secure server. All payment information is encrypted before it is transmitted using SSL technology through Geotrust, one of the most recognized names in internet security. Look for the Geotrust time/date stamp at the bottom of the Product Catalog page.
