Shipping: We ship via UPS and USPS. We try to ship within 3-4 business days of receipt or order. If there is going to be any significant delay, we will notify you. Our shipping charges are calculated using average weights and order totals.

Orders shipped with an incorrect address supplied by the customer, are subject to a UPS address correction fee of $12.00.
Please double check your address for accuracy. If there is a suite number or apartment number, be sure and include this. All New York City addresses must include the apartment number.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS. If the item you ordered requires a box larger than 12", we will contact you before shipping as there will be an additional cost.
Shipping costs to Canada will vary depending upon the weight of the order. The charge will be generated during the check-out process.
If we find that the shipping comes to significantly more than you were charged, we will contact you before shipping. Other international shipping can be arranged upon request. All international orders are charged an additional $12.00 handling fee and may be subject to duty charges imposed by the destination country.
Military addresses may incur additional shipping charges and we will contact you before shipping to confirm.
Expedited shipping is also available. Please contact us for charges.
Return policy: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and insure the package for breakage. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the cost of the shade. We are sorry that we cannot refund shipping in either direction. Special Order items cannot be returned. Contact us via email for return instructions and address.
Breakage: Although our packers have had years of experience, occasionally breakage does occur. Open your order as soon as you receive it and all claims for breakage must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you receive a broken shade, please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Take pictures of the broken item and the exterior of the box. Be sure and keep all of the packaging and the broken item(s) for 10 business days so that we may process a claim and the carrier may require pickup of the broken shade for inspection. We will replace the shade as quickly as possible.
